Ingredients Cream cheese batter: | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. | cream cheese, softened |
1 | egg |
1/3 c. | Sugar |
1/8 tsp. | salt |
1 (12-16 oz.) bag | chocolate chips |
Black batter: | |
11/2 c. | Flour |
1 c. | Sugar |
1 tsp. | baking soda |
1/4 c. | Cocoa |
1/2 tsp. | salt |
1c. | Water |
1 tsp. | vanilla |
1/3 c. | Oil |
1 Tbsp. | vinegar |
Instructions:
1. Mix cream cheese, egg, sugar, and salt. Add chocolate chips and set mixture aside.
2. Mix together the raining ingredients and beat well.
3. Fill miniature cupcake papers half full with black batter and drop 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture into center.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
