    2.5 lb  ground turkey or beef, (7% fat)
    2 lbs  bacon
    8 oz can  sliced mushrooms drained and diced
    1/2  onion minced
    2  eggs
    8-10 dashes  worcestershire sauce
    3/4 C  italian bread crumbs
    1 C  Grated sharp cheddar cheese

Set aside 10 slices of bacon. Cook the rest of the bacon and set aside.

Drain off approx half the bacon grease then add the onion and mushrooms to the skillet at med-high heat. After all the moisture has evaporated add 8-10 dashes of Worcestershire sauce. Let cook for a minute then remove from the heat.

In a separate bowl combine ground meat, onions, mushrooms, eggs, and bread. Mix together well then spread mixture out flat in a rectangle on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.

In the center of the meat place the cheese and cooked bacon then seal it in by folding over the sides and ends.

In a glass baking dish place three strips of bacon side by side. Place the meatloaf over them. Drape the remaining slices of bacon over the top and sides of the loaf.

Bake in oven for one hour at 375 or until internal temp reaches 180.
