Goat Cheese Spread

| Mix together equal amounts of goat cheese and cream cheese. |
Toast pine nuts 3 - 4 min until lightly brown. Mix cheese mixture and pine nuts together and spread in glass pie dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 15 min. Cover with favorite salsa. Peach mango salsa is great. Serve with tortilla chips, triscuits, carrots, etc..
