Line bottom of 9 x 12 dish with bread.

Add 1 lb of cooked sausage or 1 lb of cooked & crumbled bacon.
Add 2 small cans mushrooms & onions if desired.
Add 8 oz grated monterrey jack cheese & 8 oz grated cheddar cheese.
Pour over all 10 eggs, beaten in 3 1/4 c milk.

Let sit overnight in refrigerator. Take out of refrigerator 1 hour before baking.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hr or longer.

Let sit 5 - 10 min before serving.
