Mini Lemon Cream "Pies"

| 3.4 oz | vanilla flavor instant pudding |
| 3 oz | lemon flavor gelatin |
| 1.5 cups | boiling water |
| 8 Nilla wafers | |
| 1/2 cup | whipped topping |
Mix pudding and gelatin in a medium bowl. Add boiling water. Stir 2 minutes. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
Place 1 wafer at the bottom of dessert dish. Cover with pudding mixture. Top with whipped topping
