Stroganoff

Nb persons: 4

    1 lb.  chicken breast, boneless-skinless
    2 tbsp.  whipped butter
    1/2 cup  onion, chopped
    1 cup  mushrooms canned, 4 oz.
    2 tbsp.  flour
    1 tsp.  table salt
    1/4 tsp.  black pepper
    1/2 cup  tomato sauce canned
    1 cup  chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 cup  sour cream low fat
    2 cups  rice


-cut chicken into small pieces, brown in butter, onion, salt, and pepper
-add tomato sauce, mushrooms, and chicken bouillon
-cover, and cook over low heat until meat is tender (30 min.)
-blend flour with a little water, add to pan and cook stirring until sauce is smooth
-add sour cream off heat, stir to blend well and serve over rice
