Crabmeat Rolls

1 | egg |
2 T | tomato sauce |
1 T | lemon juice |
1/4 tsp | salt |
1/4 tsp | worcestershire |
1/8 tsp | pepper |
10 slices | bacon, cut in half |
1/2 c | fine dry bread crumbs |
1 7 1/2 oz. can | crabmeat, drained & flaked |
1/4 c | parsley sprigs |
Partially cook bacon, but do not brown. Drain on absorbent paper & set aside. Break one slice dry bread into blender, cover & process until finely crumbled. Empty into measuring cup & repeat until 1/2 c of crumbs is obtained. Mix crumbs & crabmeat in mixing bowl. Put remaining ingredients into blender & process. Mix well with crumbs & crabmeat. Form one tablespoon mixture into a ball, wrap with 1/2 slice bacon & secure with wooden pick. Place on broiler rack & broil about 5 inches from heat for 10 to 12 min., turning several times to brown rolls evenly.
Makes 20 - 24 rolls
