Blueberry Cream Cheese Pie

1/4 Cup | Brown Sugar |
1 stick | butter |
1/2 Cup | macadamia nuts, chopped |
1 Cup | sifted flour |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix flour and sugar. Cut butter into dry ingredients. Add nuts. Press together. Spread into cookie sheet or pie pan. Bake 400 degrees for 10 minutes until slightly brown. Let cool. Stir crust with fork and break into small pieces. Press crumbs back into pan. Filling: | |
8 oz. | Cream Cheese |
3/4 Cup | powder sugar |
1 tsp. | Vanilla |
8 oz. | Whipping cream |
Mix cream cheese and powder sugar. Add vanilla. Whip cream until fluffy (or use already made whip cream) add whipped cream into cream cheese mixture and blend well. Pour into crust. Top with canned blueberry or cherry pie filling. Chill and serve.
