Cheese and Garlic Biscuits

| 2 c. | Pioneer or Bisquick baking mix |
| 2/3 c. | milk |
| 1/2 c. | cheddar cheese, shredded, (2 oz.) |
| 1/4 c. | melted butter |
| 1/4 tsp. | garlic powder |
Mix baking mix with milk and cheese until a soft dough. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes. Mix butter with garlic. Brush over warm biscuits before removing. Yield: 20 small biscuits or 10-12 regular.
