Würziger Ricotta auf mediterrane Art

| Basilikum,, (getrockneter oder frischgehackter) | |
| 1 | Knoblauchzehe |
| 1 | Zitrone |
| Olivenöl | |
Den Ricotta in eine Schüssel, mit Salz, Pfeffer und Basilikum nach Geschmack würzen.
Die Knoblauchzehe mit einer Presse auspressen und untermengen.
Sonnenblumenkerne fein hacken, etwas Zitronenschale mit einer Reibe hinzufügen und Olivenöl beigeben
Anschließend die ganze Masse gut durchrühren.
Fertig.
