Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients: Whole cut up chicken ( or you can just do breasts) Progresso Italian bread crumbs | |

foil non-stick spray | |
Pasta | |
Pasta sauce | |

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
wash and pat dry with a paper towel the chicken pieces
in a bowl, crack and wisk the 2 eggs
in another bowl pour bread crumbs ( about 1/3 of the package, you may need more depending on how many pieces you are coating) into bowl
Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray the top of the foil lightly with the non-stick spray
now, prepare the chicken:
Take one piece of chicken and dip it into the whisked eggs
then dip that piece into the bowl with the bread crumbs, coat both sides good
place the chicken with the bread crumbs onto the cookie sheet
repeat until you have done all the pieces
Please the chicken into the oven....should be towards the upper half of the oven
cook at the 425 for 10 minutes, pull out and drizzle a couple of drop of olive oil on each piece
place back into the oven and reduce the temperature down to 400 degrees.
cook for another 20-25 minutes or until done 5 mins before chickens done place sliced mozzarella on chicken
Pasta:
Boil water heat pasta sauce
Plate
Put chicken over pasta and add sauce
