Pacific Rim Salmon Cakes

1 cup | dry bread crumbs |
½ cup | green onions, sliced |
1 tablespoon | parsley |
1 tablespoon | ginger |
3 | egg whites |
Salt | |
pepper to taste | |
Dry bread crumbs | |
cornmeal, alternative | |
Vegetable oil |
Mix salmon, parsley, ginger, salt, pepper and egg with fork. Add dry ingredients; shape into cakes. Cook in hot vegetable oil until brown on each side.
