Meatballs - Italian Meatballs

| 2 lbs. | lean ground beef |
| 4 | eggs |
| 2 cups | parmesan cheese |
| 1 ½ cups | bread crumbs |
| 1 | chopped onion |
| 2 cloves | garlic, minced |
| ½ bunch | fresh parsley, minced |
| ½ cup | milk, or more to hold mixture |
| 1 ½ tablespoons | ketchup |
| Salt | |
| Pepper | |
| Olive Oil |
Mix all ingredients, shape into walnut sized balls and brown in olive oil. I spread olive oil onto baking dish and bake meatballs for 30 minutes on each side.
