Meatballs - Italian Meatballs

2 lbs. | lean ground beef |
4 | eggs |
2 cups | parmesan cheese |
1 ½ cups | bread crumbs |
1 | chopped onion |
2 cloves | garlic, minced |
½ bunch | fresh parsley, minced |
½ cup | milk, or more to hold mixture |
1 ½ tablespoons | ketchup |
Salt | |
Pepper | |
Olive Oil |
Mix all ingredients, shape into walnut sized balls and brown in olive oil. I spread olive oil onto baking dish and bake meatballs for 30 minutes on each side.
