Papa's Apple Pie

| 4 | granny smith apples |
| 1 cup | sugar |
| 2 tbsp | flour |
| 1/2 tbsp | cinnamon |
| Nutmeg | |
1 egg and a tbsp of water (egg wash)
Steps:
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg together
Mix apples with dry mix
Put pie into oven for 30 mins.
Put tin foil on pie for 15 mins
