Peel & slice veggies in about 1/2 inch slices. Put 2 tablespoons olive oil. In plastic bag & add 1 or 2 garlic cloves minced | |

Put your choice of veggies in plastic bag with oil & other ingredients & shake & mix well. Turn veggies on jelly roll pan lined with parchment paper & bake at 350 for 30 minutes
