21 gr | Pectin |
1150 gr | Sugar |
250 gr | Glucose |
9 gr | Tartaric Acid |
Warm puree. Combine pectin with some of the sugar, add to puree, boil. Add glucose and the rest of sugar, cook to 106c Add tartaric acid.
