    1000 gr  Strawberry Puree
    60 gr  sugar
    1/2-1/4 teaspoon  pectin (NH)
    1  lemon, juiced

Warm puree. Whisk together pectin and sugar. Whisk pectin and sugar into warm strawberry puree. Bring to a simmer. Cook for approximately 5 minutes. Add juice of 1 lemon. Cool.
