    2 cup  flour
    2 tsp  baking soda
    1/2 tsp  salt
    2  eggs
    14 oz  pineapple
Beat eggs, add ingredients and flour at the end Bake at 350 for 45 minutes Icing
    3/4 cup  sugar
    1/2 cup 35%  cream
    1/2 cup  butter
    1/3 cup  rum or a bit more

Poor over hot cake
Serve warm
