| 60 ml | warm water |
| 355 ml | warm milk |
| 100 gr | sugar |
| 6 gr | salt |
| 2 | eggs |
| 70 gr | shortening |
| 625 gr | a.p. flour |

| 75 gr | butter |
| 250 gr | 10x |
| 8 ml | vanilla |
| 60 ml | hot water, or enough as is necessary to achieve desired consistency. |
Combine 1st 7 ingredients with 2 cups of flour. mix. combine with the rest of flour and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth. rise until double. roll and cut out doughnuts. proof. fry.
