100 gr | sugar |
6 gr | salt |
2 | eggs |
70 gr | shortening |
625 gr | a.p. flour |
Glaze | |
75 gr | butter |
250 gr | 10x |
8 ml | vanilla |
60 ml | hot water, or enough as is necessary to achieve desired consistency. |
Combine 1st 7 ingredients with 2 cups of flour. mix. combine with the rest of flour and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth. rise until double. roll and cut out doughnuts. proof. fry.
