    14 gr  dry yeast
    60 ml  warm water
    355 ml  warm milk
    100 gr  sugar
    6 gr  salt
    2  eggs
    70 gr  shortening
    625 gr  a.p. flour
Glaze
    75 gr  butter
    250 gr  10x
    8 ml  vanilla
    60 ml  hot water, or enough as is necessary to achieve desired consistency.

Combine 1st 7 ingredients with 2 cups of flour. mix. combine with the rest of flour and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth. rise until double. roll and cut out doughnuts. proof. fry.
