    400 gr  water
    400 gr  milk
    450 gr  butter
    pinch  salt
    540 gr  bread flour
    16  eggs
    420 gr  parmesan cheese
      black pepper
      nutmeg

Pipe out approx 2 T spoon amounts onto sheetpan. Sprinkle with more parmesan before baking. Bake @ 350 f, high fan.
