190 gr | bread flour |
1/2 t | salt |
1.5 gr | fresh yeast |
22 gr | honey |
15 gr | oil |
85 to 113 gr | water |
Poppy seeds, sesame seeds, paprika.cumin,caraway or kosher salt for topping. |
Stir together flour, salt, yeast, honey, oil.as much water as you need for dough to come together in a ball. Knead for 10 minutes. Store overnight or ferment 90 minutes. Roll out, let rest 5 minutes and trim edges. Bake 15 min @ 350.
