    190 gr  bread flour
    1/2 t  salt
    1.5 gr  fresh yeast
    22 gr  honey
    15 gr  oil
    85 to 113 gr  water
      Poppy seeds, sesame seeds, paprika.cumin,caraway or kosher salt for topping.

Stir together flour, salt, yeast, honey, oil.as much water as you need for dough to come together in a ball. Knead for 10 minutes. Store overnight or ferment 90 minutes. Roll out, let rest 5 minutes and trim edges. Bake 15 min @ 350.
