| 1/4 T | Sugar |
| 2 Tablespoon | Butter |
| 1/4 Cups | Chestnut Flour |
| 1/4 Cup + 2 1. A.p. | |
| 1.5 | Eggs |
| 1/4 Cups | Beer |
Melt milk, salt, sugar, butter. Put flour in a large bowl, add oil and eggs. Whisk in flour slowly. Slowly add warm milk mix. Mix in beer. Strain, fridge, overnight.
