800 gr | Sugar |
16 | Eggs |
340 gr | Yolks |
200 gr | 20 Pastry Cream Powder |
Heat up milk and cream with half of the sugar and the vanila bean. Combine the rest of the sugar with the eggs, yolks and corn starch. Temper eggs with hot milk. Cook until mix begins to boil. Don't burn.
