23 oz | Sugar |
1 3/4 t. | Baking powder |
2 oz | All purpose flour |
6 | Eggs |
1/4 t. | Salt |
6 oz | Lemon Juice |
1 2/3 c. | Coconut |
Line 4 half sheet pans with parchment. Whisk first 5 ingredients on high for five minutes. Add last two and mix one more minute. Pour over hot crust and bake until golden. Mark with bicycle cutter into 25 pieces.
