3 1/2 # | all purpose flour |
3 cups | sugar |
4 teaspoon | baking powder |
3/4 # | crisco, room temp |
6 | eggs |
1 teaspoon | vanilla |
1 | lemon, grated |
1 cup | milk |
Make a bay of flour. Cream sugar and crisco. Add eggs and liquid, slowly incorporate into flour. Roll out and cover with jam. Nuts, cocoa or whatever you want. Fold like an envelope. Bake once.
