    340gr  Butter, Beurre Noisette
    340gr  10x
    240gr  Flour
    240gr  Almond Flour
    280gr  Chocolate
    12  Egg Whites
    30gr  Honey
      Cinnamon

Sift flour and sugar together. Mix in almonds, Whip egg whites until just frothy, add almond, mix. Stir in buerre noisette and honey. Add melted chocolate. 375 F
