190 gr | 70% chocolate |
180 gr | butter |
80 gr | egg yolks |
210 gr | Eggs |
125 gr | Sugar |
80 gr | Pastry Flour |
80 gr | Hazelnut Flour |
Melt together chocolate and butter. whip egg yolks and eggs with a whisk until very light. Sift flour and hazelnut flour together. Fold butter and chocolate into egg mixture. Sift and fold flours into the mix. Pipe out into molds sprayed with pam. Bake @ 400 F for 3 minutes for 2 oz size. Bake 7 minutes for 6 oz.
