Guinness Stout Ginger Cake

| 1 cups | Guinness |
| 1 cups | Molasses |
| 1/2Tablespoon | Baking Soda |
| 3 | Eggs |
| 1/2cups | Sugar |
| 1/2cups | Brown Sugar |
| 3/4 Vegatable Oil | |
| 2cups | A.p. Flour |
| 3/4t. | Ground Cinnamon |
| 1/4t. | Cloves |
| 1/4t. | Nutmeg |
| 1/8t. | Cardamom |
| 1 Tablespoon | Ginger Root |
Boil together guinness and molasses. Add baking soda. Whisk sugar and eggs together. Add oil. Combine everything together. Add all of the dry ingredients and mix together. Do not overmix. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour.
