Baked Ranch Mashed Potatoes

| 10 | Potato peeled and boiled |
| 1/2 cup | Cream cheese |
| 1/2 cup | Sour cream |
| 2 teaspoon | Garlic minced |
| 1 package | Ranch powder salad dressing |
| 1/4 cup | Milk if needed |
| 1/4 cup | Butter |
| Pepper to taste | |
| Salt to taste | |
| 1/4 cup | Cheese for garnish |
| 1 pinch | Paprika for garnish |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Peel, cube,boil and drain potatos.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, garlic and butter in a small saucepan on medium heat until creamy.
Mix in with potatoes and place into a baking dish sprinkle with cheese(I use Colby/Jack).
Bake until cheese is melted about 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with Paprika and Serve
