    1 kg  Yolks
    1200gr  Sugar
    1200gr  Almond Flour
    240gr  Cocoa Powder
    1360gr  Whites, French Meringue
    500gr  Sugar

Whip together eggs, sugarand almond. Fold in cocoa. Fold into meringue. Bake @ 350 F.
