    7000 gr  milk
    8  cinnamon sticks
    1 teaspoon  whole cloves
    1/2 teaspoon  ground nutmeg
    200 gr  milk powder
    1000 gr  light brown sugar
    800 gr  sugar
    50 gr  stabilizer
    50  yolks
    6 cans  sweetened condensed milk
    1 liter  heavy cream
    300 gr  dextrose
    1 Tablespoon  salt

1. Steep milk and spices for 1 hour.
2. Strain through chinois.
3. Buzz milk, sugar and milk powder.
4. Temper yolks, sugar and stabalizer with milk.
5. Heat th 85 c, cool to 65 c.
6. Add cream, dextrose, salt and condensed milk.
7. Cool to 4 c.
