Malt Ice Cream

2 Cup | whole milk |
2 Cup | heavy cream |
6 ounces | sugar, divided |
1 Cup | malted milk powder |
1 Tsp | ground mace |
8 large | egg yolks |

This should only take 10 to 20 seconds. Strain liquij through a fine mesh strainer and allow to cool
completely over an ice bath. Process ice cream and pipe into chilled molds such as 3-inch
diameter pyramid shaped flexi molds. Freeze for several hours until solid.
