Low Cal-Zones

1 cup | ricotta cheese, part skim |
1/3 cup | shredded mozzarella, non-fat |
1 | plum tomato |
1/4 cup | ham, lean & chopped |
1/8 tsp | black pepper |
4 | flour tortilla, 6" |
* Preheat oven to 400 deg.
* In medium bowl, combine cheeses, tomatoes, ham, and pepper
* Divide mixture evenly and spread on tortillas; roll up and wrap in foil
* Place foil packs on baking sheet
* Bake until heated through, apx 10 minutes
* Open packets carefully, as steam will escape
