| 296 ml | water |
| 1 | grated lemon rind |
| 237 ml | lemon juice |
| 2 -4 sprigs | tarragon |
| 15 ml | chiffonaded tarragon |
| 15 ml | limoncello, (optional) |
Boil the sugar and water until sugar is completely dissolved. Allow to cool for 20 minutes.
