    2000 gr  Water
    400 gr  Dry Glucose
    1400 gr  Sugar
    150 gr  Trimoline
    150 gr  Lime Juice
    400 gr  Olive Oil
    10 gr  Stabalizer

Make a syrup with water, sugar, dry glucose, trimoline and stabalizer. Cook only to 84 C. Let cool down to 50 C and add lime juice. Emulsify olive oil slowly. Spin right away.
