    225g  self raising flour
    125g  suet
    160ml  water
    2tsp  oregano

Mix together to make a stiff dough, divide into 12 and cook on top of casserole for about 15 minutes. Covered if you like squidgy topped dumplings or uncovered if you like them crunchy on top.
