Skinny baked broccoli macaroni and cheese

12 oz | high fiber elbow pasta |

12 oz | broccoli florets. Pre cut |
1/8 cup | grated Parmesan |
1/4 cup | seasoned bread crumbs |

Cook pasta and brought together in a large pot of salted water according to package directions for a Bentay or slightly undercooked two minutes spray baking dish with cooking spray preheat oven to 375
In a large heavy skillet melt butter and onion and cook over low heat about two minutes add flour and cook another minute or until the flower is golden welcome by add milk and chicken broth and wisk raising heat to medium-high until it comes to a boil cook about five minutes or until the sauce becomes Smooth and thick pack season with salt and pepper
Once the sauces that remove from heat and add cheese and mix well until cheese is melted I just saw on pepper to taste egg cooked macaroni and broccoli and mix well for into the prepared baking dish top with grated cheese and breadcrumbs spray a little more cooking spray on top
Big for 15 to 20 minutes and Broil for a few minutes to get the breadcrumbs golden
