Bread maker high fiber healthy bread

High Fiber bread (FYI- best to buy the items in the bulk bins) | |
1 5/8 C | water |
3 Tbsp | olive oil |
2 C | whole wheat flour |
1 C | white bread flour |
1 1/2 tsp | salt |
1 tsp | wheat gluten |
2 T | skim or regular milk powder |
1/8 C | regular oats |
1/8 C | oat bran |
1/8 C | wheat germ |
1/8 C | cornmeal |
1/8 C | pumpkin seeds, (green type) |
1/8 C | slivered almonds |
1/8 C | sunflower seeds |
1/8 C | flax seeds |
1 T | sesame seeds |
1/4 C | brown sugar |
1 1/2 tsp | bread maker instant yeast |
Add all ingredients to bread maker. Select whole wheat and light crust setting. Start.
My Ostar bread maker does a final stir when the time reads 2:15 mins. Good to pull the paddle so that bread doesn't get torn.
