High Fiber bread (FYI- best to buy the items in the bulk bins)
    1 5/8 C  water
    3 Tbsp  olive oil
    2 C  whole wheat flour
    1 C  white bread flour
    1 1/2 tsp  salt
    1 tsp  wheat gluten
    2 T  skim or regular milk powder
    1/8 C  regular oats
    1/8 C  oat bran
    1/8 C  wheat germ
    1/8 C  cornmeal
    1/8 C  pumpkin seeds, (green type)
    1/8 C  slivered almonds
    1/8 C  sunflower seeds
    1/8 C  flax seeds
    1 T  sesame seeds
    1/4 C  brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp  bread maker instant yeast

Add all ingredients to bread maker. Select whole wheat and light crust setting. Start.

My Ostar bread maker does a final stir when the time reads 2:15 mins. Good to pull the paddle so that bread doesn't get torn.
