Cheesy Spinach and Bacon Dip

Cut 1 pound (16 oz) VELVEETA into 1/2 inch cubes; place in large microwaveable bowl. Add 1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained; (1/2of 8 oz pkg.) PHILADELPHIA cream cheese, cut up; 1 can ROTEL diced tomatoes and green chilies, untrained; and 8 slices OSCAR MAYER bacon, crisply cooked, drained and crumbled. |
Microwave on high 5 min. Or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 minutes.
Serve hot with tortilla chips or assorted cut up vegetables.
Makes 4 cups or 32 servings, 2 tablespoons each.
