Zucchini Pizza Bites

| 1 large | zucchini 1, 4" thick |
| 1 tbsp | garlic oil |
| 1 tbsp | rosemary oil |
| 1 small jar | tomato paste with oregano and basil |
| 1/4 cup | mild cheddar cheese |
| salt | |
| pepper | |
Directions:
Cut zucchini about 1/4 inch thick. Dip in oil mix and season with salt and pepper. Top with sauce and cheese and bake for 5-10 minutes (Careful not to burn cheese)
