besan 3/4 glass suji 1/4 glass 1/2 spoon salt 1/2 spoon turmeric 2 spoons sugar
    1 glass  water
Eno 1 spoon oil
      mustard seeds
      green chillies
    2 large  spoons sugar
    1 glass  water
1/2 spoon salt
      lemon juice

Take 3/4 glass of besan nd 1/4 suji.
Put dem in bowl.
Put half spoon salt nd half spoon turmeric.
Put 2 spoons of sugar.
Put 1 glass of water.
Beat them for 15 mins.(dnt leave it in between).
Put 2 packets or 2 spoons of ENO (Eno = 60% baking soda + 40% lime juice).
Do not stir much as air bubbles will go out and dhokla will not rise.
Put this mix in one oiled steel thali.
Put 1 nd half glass of water in a big kadhai.
Keep the thali in kadhai and cover it.
Steam it for 15 mins on medium flame.
Check with tooth pick if it's ready.

In a pan put 1 spoon of oil.
Add sarson seeds in that.
Then add green chillies sliced half.
Add 2 service spoon of sugar.
Add 1/2 spoon of salt.
Add 1 glass of water.
Boil them till d colour of green chillies turn into lyt green.
Then put juice of 2 lemons in dis syrup and put dis syrup on baked dhokla.
Serve it with chutney/sauce of your choice. Enjoy!
