Schweinssteak auf Bärlauch-Erbsli-Bett

| 200g | tiefgekühlte Erbsli |

| 1 dl | Weisswein |
| 2 dl | Vollrahm |

Öl in beschichteter Bratpfanne heiss werden lassen. Beidseitig je ca. 3 Min. Braten, würzen, warm stellen.

Zwiebel hacken, Bärlauch grob schneiden. Beides mit Erbsli in derselben Pfanne ca. 3 Min. andämpfen.

Wein und Rahm dazugiessen, ca. 3 Min. köcheln, würzen.
