Pineapple Fridge Tart

    2 x  pineapple, lemon jellies
    1 x  tin Ideal milk, (evaporated milk)
    1 x tin  crushed pineapple
    2 x  packets Tennis, coconut biscuits

Chill milk in fridge for about half an hour. When chilled, beat until stiff (use chilled stainless steel bowl). Mix jelly powders with 1/2 cup boiling water. Add pineapple to jelly. Fold in beaten milk to mixture. Spread mixture over layer of biscuits.

Refridgerate. Serve.
