Pineapple Fridge Tart

2 x | pineapple, lemon jellies |
1 x | tin Ideal milk, (evaporated milk) |
1 x tin | crushed pineapple |
2 x | packets Tennis, coconut biscuits |
Chill milk in fridge for about half an hour. When chilled, beat until stiff (use chilled stainless steel bowl). Mix jelly powders with 1/2 cup boiling water. Add pineapple to jelly. Fold in beaten milk to mixture. Spread mixture over layer of biscuits.
Refridgerate. Serve.
