Serving: 1 cup Ingredients
    32 small  hot peppers, (60 g), seeded
    3  roasted red peppers, canned
    1 tablespoon  chopped ginger
    3 tablespoons  rice vinegar
    2 tablespoons  sugar
    1 teaspoon  lime juice
    1/4 teaspoon  salt

Preparation

In a food processor, combine the chili, roasted red peppers, ginger and rice vinegar. Mix until a barely smooth sauce. Transfer mixture to a saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer two minutes. Add sugar, salt and lime juice. Continue cooking for another minute. Let cool, put in a jar and refrigerate.
