| 1/2 C | mozerella Cheese |
| 1 | egg |
| 1/2 C | Italian Bread crumbs |
| 2 tbsp | butter |
| 1 1/4 C | spaghetti sauce |
| Dash | parsley |
| 4 | boneless skinless chicken breasts |
Flatten chicken. Dip in egg. Dip in crumb. Melt butter medium heat. Brown chicken both sides. Add sauce. reduce heat, cover, simmer 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Cover 10 minutes until cheese melts.
