1/4 C | butter |
2 eggs yolk beaten | |
1/2 C | 1/2 & 1/2 |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
1/2 tsp | dry mustard |
1/4 tsp | salt |
Butter in microwave for 45 seconds till melted. Mix everything else. Stir in little hot mixture into egg stuff. Then egg stuff into hot stuff. Microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Stir every 15 seconds,
