Hollandsise Sauce
    1/4 C  butter
2 eggs yolk beaten
    1/2 C  1/2 & 1/2
    1 tbsp  lemon juice
    1/2 tsp  dry mustard
    1/4 tsp  salt

Butter in microwave for 45 seconds till melted. Mix everything else. Stir in little hot mixture into egg stuff. Then egg stuff into hot stuff. Microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Stir every 15 seconds,
