2 step process 1. Marinate keema and make kebabs 2. Prepare Tomato gravy to put on top Ingredients step 1 - keema (lean)
      green onion
      papaya
      garlic, ginger paste
- shaan seekh kebab masala and little chicken tikka masala - cilantro
      green pepper
1. Chopper blend green onion, green pepper, and cilantro bunch 2. Mix all the other ingredients together in unwashed keema along with chopper mixture ( set aside for 2-3 hrs or overnight) 3. Get pencil/ marker and form kebab with the keema 4. Fry kebabs and lay on nice tray Ingredients

- tomato chuck paste
      salt, pepper to taste
      paprika

Directions
1. Fry onion to carmalized consistency and add chopped tomatoes along with can of tomato chuck paste , salt and pepper and paprika
2. Once looks good pour over the kebab right before serving
