Poultry Pulled Chicken Sandwiches

2 cups | cider vinegar 1 1/2 cups water 1 cup dry white wine |
1/3 cup | vegetable oil 3 T worchestershire 2 T dry mustard 1 T paprika |
2 tsp | kosher salt 1 tsp fresh ground pepper 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper |
1- 3 1/2 lb | rotisserie chicken 4 buns Prepared coleslaw |
In saucepan combine vinegar, water, wine, oil, worchestershire, dry mustard, paprika, S&P, cayenne and boil over heat until reduced to 1 1/4 cups, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat.
Meanwhile shred chicken. Add to warm vinegar sauce and heat through, stirring gently. Pile chicken on bun and additional sauce over. Top with coleslaw.
