| 3/4 c | vinegar |
| 1/2 c | olive oil |
| 1/2 c | lemon juice |
| 4 tsp | oregano |
| 8 | garlic cloves |
| 1 tsp | pepper |
| 3 tsp | salt |

Cut vegetables of choice
Combine all ingredients except chicken & veggies in a blender. Put chicken and veggies in a marinade bowl. Pour marinade over chicken mixture. Allow to marinade 6-8 hours or longer in fridge. Toss ingredients occasionally to allow best coverage. Skewer into sticks and put on bar-b-que. Cook approximately 10 minutes.
