11/2 cups 2% | milk |
3/4 cup | yellow cornmeal |
1/4 cup | blue cheese, crumbled |
1/4 cup | heavy cream |
salt to taste |
Bring broth and milk to a boil.
whisk in cornmeal and simmer for 5 minutes until thick
Stir in blue cheese, cream and salt.
